Appetizers

Asian deviled quail eggs with caviar
Pistachio crusted lamb lollies with polenta fries
Smoked scallop carpaccio with micro greens

Soup or Salad

Lobster bisque
Roasted apple & stilton salad with a raspberry reduction dressing
Shrimp oki, cucumber, and tomato salad tossed in a coconut cream dressing

Entrées

Braised short ribs over jalapeno polenta with sautéed onions, carrots, bok choy and mushrooms
Stuffed, head on, shrimp over a pineapple risotto
Half duck, grilled and oven roasted with a honey orange glaze over a butternut squash puree and sautéed asparagus
